Please keep in mind that we do not accept returns on stitched clothes, which includes stitched salwar suits, stitched sarees, and stitched sarees with custom blouses. Unstitched items are the only ones that can be returned.
At no time will the reimbursements exceed the real worth of the products.
We would reimburse 70% of the unstitched product price. (Order Processing, Payment Gateway, and other recurring Charges will account for 30% of the total.)
We will not refund any customs charges, shipping costs, or applicable taxes.
In the case of free shipping orders, the shipping cost would be deducted from the refund. Sarthaki.co.nz is not liable for refunding the money you spent for shipping to return the parcel.
In any case, the customer must bear the postage costs when returning unstitched or stitched products. sarthaki.co.nz will not be responsible for any return shipping costs.
Custom made / stitched apparel, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse, will not be refunded.
Any complaints about damage or stains should be submitted to us within 24 to 48 hours after receiving the merchandise. We may request a digital image of the same in order to review it. In the event of a product return, we will give a reimbursement once the merchandise has been received at our office. Refunds will take 4 to 5 business days to appear in the customer's account. We do not accept returns after three days of receiving your package.
While we are committed to building long-term relationships with our customers by giving 100% satisfaction, we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges on customized products.
Return requests for strains or damage problems must be sent within 24 to 48 hours of the product's delivery. In these circumstances, you will also need to supply an image of the merchandise as well as a digital copy of the product's invoice.
We do not cancel orders beyond 24 hours. If you cancel your order after 24 hours, you will be charged a 20% bank payment processing fee on the total order price. We do not accept cancellations once an order has been processed and the products have been delivered. We do not offer refunds for the same. Apparel with embellishments such as beads and sequences has a tendency to fall off. Even with meticulous handling, care, and packaging, this cannot be avoided entirely. Some of them may get loose during physical transit; therefore, if you encounter such scenarios when unpacking or wearing your clothing, do not be alarmed; This is a common issue and is not grounds for a return, replacement or refund.
